Hi everybody
So I'm about to start Charles Atlas Dynamic Tension course, after years of weightlifting, Bodybuilding and fitness research I've become convinced that Charles Atlas was on the right path with Dynamic Tension. I became sick of paying for gym fees and my gains from weightlifting were really not that good, I didn't start gaining weight until i started doing pushups with a set of push up bars. Anyway my question is Would anyone recommend any supplements? protein powder etc before i start the course also will I need a chin up bar? or anything else? Thanks

Re: Equipment and supplements
You won't need either. But, if you really think you do, Charles Atlas Lmtd sells some good nutritional supplements. But you won't need the chinning bar as there are no exercises in the course that require the use of one. But it would be okay to have one, as chins are a body weight exercise in keeping with the principles of Dynamic Tension, even though they're not part of the course.

Re: Equipment and supplements
I drink a lot of low fat milk. I am lactose intolerant so I dont drink a lot of protrein powders. I can drink the zero lactose milk. The only other supplements that I take is a good multi-vitamin, extra vitamin c, and fish oil caplets. I personally use a pullup bar since I do a lot of pullups ,but it is probably not necessary for the course. Once you have finished the course you can probably add pullups if you like.
