Charles Atlas At Work

Hello Fellow Atlas Students,

I exercise with Dynamic Tension at work. During my 15 minute break, I complete 15 dips and 15 deep knee bends. I call it my "15 in 15" workout. For my second 15 minute break, I walk up and down the stairs (6 floors) at a brisk pace. I have found that practicing Dynamic Tension at work gives me the extra energy I need to get through my hectic day. Mr. Atlas recommends practicing Dynamic Tension at odd moments throughout the day. Luckily, there are private rooms in my building with chairs. This allows my to exercise in privacy. I highly recommend giving this a try!

Thanks,

Matthew

This is one of the best pieces of advice for people nowdays. We're so busy, overworked, and stressed. Thanks for the reminder!

God bless!
Nate

Unfortunately, not everyone's job can accommodate this practice. A truck driver, while he's behind the wheel, is an example.
