Hi all,
I just started the DT course and I have a few quetions:
1. In the first lesson it says to do the exercises for 10-12 reps or until tired. Most of the instructions say continue until tired, so when do I apply the 10-12 reps? what I mean is are ther certain exercises that I just do 10-12 reps? I notice on the forum some students are doing 200+ reps of the dipping exercise. How does the 10-12 reps apply or does it?
2. How many sets of 10-12 reps should I do? I know that each individual is different, but I would like an average.
3. Would it be beneficial to use the charles atlas supplements?
i'll look forwrd to raeding your replies

I started out at 10 - 12 reps for the dips and could barely do them, now I do 25 reps and am about to move up to 30.

It just depends on what you feel comfortable with, I like to do 4 sets and plan out my reps so that I will be tired by the end.

Spend more time on your body though and don't worry so much about supplements. Once you get a good basic body then you can use your supplements to increase your results.
