Atlas say we are to at all time keep in mind the perfect ideal body we wish to attain, right? How does this show up in results?

Atlas says to do this when you are getting ready to go to sleep. He also says to let go of worry, gather strength for the new day, go to bed early (no later than 11:00). If you do all this you will get a better nights sleep. Muscle tissue develops while the body is at reast. So, yes, it seems to me that this would help build muscle tissue.

This is a subtle way of saying be positive in your outlook. I also read it as putting every effort into the exercises and the rewards will surely come in time.

Visualization is used to see how you want to see yourself develop, setting the subconscious to program how you train.

Have you ever seen the movie or the book "THE SECRET".
Is the attraction law and Mr Charles knew the Secret.
keep in your mind what you want and you will get it.
