Easy Does It!

Post by Bridge »

I did mini workouts yesterday. 2x25 pushups, situps, squats, leg raises, and calf raises, before breakfast, before lunch, and before bed. 3 mile walk and 6 pullups and 8 chinups, done in slow, good form. Exercising this way sure leaves a lot in the tank for other activities. ;)

Bridge, I have also tried mini workouts (3 mile walk included). They give a rush of energy that is unbelievable, besides being fresh to tackle other things :) I did push-ups, deep knee bends, sit-ups and exercise 1 from lesson 6 for the back. 2 sets per exercise in the morning, midday and at night. In the night training session I did the missing exercises from the perpetual lesson exercises. Anyone doing the perpetual lesson should try these mini workouts!!!!!!
