getting ready to do the dynamic tension course

Post by ben »

I decided today to start back on the charles atlas course after not doing it for 4 years now. I'm recently doing other programs until I found out from my chiropractor a couple of weeks ago that I have degenerative disk disease in my lower back. So doing the these other fitness programs came to a screeching halt. Going back to doing dynamic tension. I'm hoping this will strengthen my lower back and get me on the road to recovery. I'm starting tomorrow and can't wait to start.

Ben, as you should know, DT is a very natural way of training. If you have the doctor's OK to follow it, give it your best!!!!
