Hello , thought i would share my progress with you:

Age 33
Started September 2007
Neck 16
Forearm 10
Arm Flexed 14 3/4
Chest normal 39.5
Chest Expanded 41
Waist 36
Hips 39
Thigh 22.5

All exercises are in lesson 1 but I added calf raises, squats, situps and crossing legs! I got these results by going everyday(mostly) to the gym where i have the space during lunchtime and working on lesson 1..... I am very impressed with results :D

I have just added new lessons, upper arms and abs so having days off from lesson 1 and alternating - The upper arm exercises is a killer!

Happy new year fellow Atlas students!

New Update

1st January 2009

Age 34

Neck 17 3/4 - Wow increase! Thought it got pretty big! I THINK THE SHOULDER WORKOUT EXERCISES ARE THE CULPRIT!

Forearm 11.5 Decrease but forearms are toned!
Arm Flexed 14 3/4 No change - Strange i'm working out my arms and they appear bigger in the mirror
Chest normal 40.5 *female puppy* Tits gone AND know the pride owner of chiseled chest!
Chest Expanded 42.5 INCREASE!
Waist 38 1/4 LETS NOT MENTION THIS I AM NOT ON ANY SPECIAL DIET - I HAVE PLANS FOR THIS UNTIL NEXT REPORT!
Hips 39 3/8 DECREASE due to fat loss (-1/4)
Thigh 24.5 WOW increase as i cant see any fat!
Knee 15.5 WOW this has gone up but (+1/4)
Calf 16 1/8 No change - Strange THOUGHT THESE GUNS had grown bigger!
Wrist 6 5/8 I've added a wrist routine..

Body weight down half a stone and know 13.5 stone

Ok I feel like I have no body fat except on my belly! MY Diet is getting better so time will tell!

I've added into my routine , shoulder & Arm workout days along with my favorite chest day! - I try and mostly go daily mon-friday.

One thing i would like to point out is that i feel Rejuvenated after every work out

End of April 2009 progress report been meaning to post but no time working out ;-) I think i have lost a few pounds since but here is my lateest stats:

Ok 4 months have gone since last update :

Age 35

Bicep 15 inch - increase
Forearm 11 inch 5 eights - hmm not really increase
Wrist 6 3/4 - little increase
Neck 17 3/4 - no increase
Chest normal 39 7 eights - must have lost alittle more fat -
Chest extended 41 1/4 - down a little - hmmm - i'm doing more dips and feel stronger
Knee 15 1/8 - down alittle
Calf 16 1/4 - increase!
Thigh 24 inch - decrease!
Hips 39 inches - decrease!
Waist 36 and a half - decrease - what i wanted!!! almost 2 inches - i have lost loads around where my belly button is but Charles Atlas never included this stat but just thought i would mention it!

My weight is now 13 stone :DDD -Side effect - getting more chances with women - trust me :D

I have noticed that my stats go up and down a little but hey as long as i'm loosing fat and retaining my muscle mass i am very happy and without diet still eating whatever - i love food aint stopping my only luxury and beer/whisky!! - although i have wised up alittle to certain foods - can say my upper body has improved since jan - doing my arm workout, chest workout and shoulder workout - i plan to do start my back exerciese for the first time maybe once over the weekend

Also , some days i go twice to gym cardio at lunch time and after i do my atlas!!

I do put alot of effort into exercises and now expect to be 12.5 next time i update you guys -

Started september 2007 - weight 14.8 now 13 stone April 2009 - hard work and sweat and nothing else

Update 15/10/09

Upper Body report
Bicep 14.5 inch - was 15 - down
Forearm 11 inch 5 eights - hmm not really increase
Wrist 6 3/4 - no increase
Neck 17 3/4 -i measured this wrong in the past as i my measured my neck from my trapezius - so have just measured it above the trapezius so in reality its 16.5 tight
Chest normal 39 was 39 7 eights eights - more fat lose quite a lot, thank you push ups!
Chest extended 41 was 41 1/4
wrist 6 3/4 - no change - will it ever!

Lower body
I've added alot of Cardio and alternate bewteen this and Atlas

Knee 14.5 was 15 1/8
Calf 15.4 was 16 1/4
Thigh 22 1/4 was 24 inch - decrease!
Hips 37.5 was 39 inches - decrease!
Waist 36 was 36 and a half - decrease , thought it would have been more :(

I've lost weight down to 12.4 was 13 stone, i did it!!! despite recently going on holiday and over indulging for 3 weeks - lol upper body not much difference, but happy with changes in lower body :) hard work and sweet and nothing else. Not amazing but slowly getting there - These small changes keeps me motivated and all add up!

Back at the gym during lunchtime and look forward to being under 12 stone when i write my next report in 4 months....
