Gang,
I ordered the Atlas Course about a year ago, and have been using it since.
I've been very impressed with the gains that I've received from it, and I like the fact that the program is apparatus free. It allows me to continue to work out when I'm on the road and living in hotels. I can do Dynamic Tension anywhere. I don't have to be at a gym, or purchase any equipment for home use.
Call me an Atlas convert!
