Power Outages

Many people in the North East experienced numerous power outages. Many places around the world experience power outages all throughout the year. What do you do when your exercise routine has been altered due to a power outage? First remember to HYDRATE, especially during hotter months of the year. Second is to take the time to alter the time of your exercises. During the Summer make sure you take the time to do your exercises in the early morning or evening so you are not doing a workout during the hottest time of the day. In the cooler months it would be better to do your exercises closer to the hottest time of the day if you are able to. During the hotter times of the year take your exercises outside during a power outage so you don't have to worry about having power. Just take the time to adjust to all types of weather all year round. Adjusting to different conditions will also help condition your body to change. It can also help change up your routine so you don't allow workouts to become humdrum.

I get up everyday at 5am, 7am start my exercise then by 8:30am out for a walkabout, usually 90 to 120 minutes.
