Displacement and being prepared

Post by ca_admin »

When you are displaced from your home due to wildfires, hurricanes, tornadoes, floods or any other related incident you have to be strong and steady. Be patient with yourself. Help others that are around you. Do not panic. It is very important to make sure your relatives and friends are ok, your pets are ok and you are ok. Other materials that you owe are just that, materials. If you can keep family photos in a lock box as to make sure they are safe with your important documents, this will help in planning for any event whether they happen or not. Always be prepared.

The great thing about the Atlas training is it works WHEN you can, WHEREVER you can. There is no need to go to a gym or a particular place with equimpment. Hopefully those that are displaced have been exposed to the "Atlas method" and are fitter and able to address their needs. They can continue fitness where they are after they attend to more pressing needs.
