I get to start the New Year exercising again. Today was the first time since before Thanksgiving. I wrecked my motorcycle. Hurt my left leg, left arm, left hand, messed up my back and I think I cracked a rib. I'm starting again at lesson 1. I didn't do as good today as before the accident but it was still a lot better than the first time I started the course.

Anyway, I'm fine and the bike will be after a couple of minor repairs.

Happy, healthy New Year everyone!
