This is great news for all the "98 Pounders" out there. If you have just been lurking here and wondering if this is 'as advertised' try to make it over to Coney Island! You may not only achieve legendary, international fame, you may also wind up with a great physique.
OK, maybe not so much for the fame either. I can't really recall the name of any of the people on those other reality shows. But if you have ever had sand kicked in your face, this may just be what you have been looking for.
I've done Dynamic Tension for 4.5 years and all I can say is this...it works!
