When things are tough don't look back, look where your feet are. What can you do right now. Do not look to the past or the future, but what is around you now. What state of mind are you in? If you are down, think of something that lifts you up. If you are tired acknowledge it and if you can take a power nap if you can. If you can't, you will have time to lay down soon. If you are overwhelmed, think of others that might have a worse situation and then look at your situation again. Sometimes you just need to change your thoughts to get out of the doldrums you are currently in. If you are in a happy place, then share it with others. This can help lift others out of their despair. There are always options. Never give up.
