You can start the journey to fitness at any age. The key is not to make it feel like work, but have fun. Add your own music or don't add any at all. You can enjoy hiking, walking on a track or doing fitness at home. Fitness is a life long journey. The sooner the better to make habits that last a lifetime.

Out for a walkabout with my wife, stopped near a kids play area and sat on a bench. I noticed these metal rings in a row on the play gym so went over and grabbed them, lifted my feet till they hooked the top bar, I think I could of hung upside down but did 5 pull-ups instead. There's a football area with H style goal posts, i've jumped up and done pull-ups in the past but didn't since it is a bit of an effort to jump quite high.
