Christmas Eve

At my wife's family Christmas get together on Christmas Eve, my wife's nephew asked how my training was going and asked for some advice on getting in shape, the women were all in the kitchen so the lads had some fitness demos, and discussions on Charles Atlas exercises.
This likely won't get on the forum today but Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.
