Hello all,
My wife just got me DT for my 43 birthday and I am loving it!
I have been a martial artist for most of my adult life and was suprised to find the boxing, wrestling, jiu jitsu with the gifts.
Does anyone know if Mr. Atlas had any experience in any of the above arts, or who he may have trained with?
I find it kind of cool that he lists those arts, as they are 3 of the keys to modern mixed martial artists.
I guess it is just another example of how visionary he was.
Thanks for any info,
Joe

Re: 5 Free Gifts
So after all of these views, no one knows ANYTHING about any martial arts/boxing that CA might have looked into?

Mr. Atlas wrestled and boxed regularly at the New York Athletic Club. He was a friend of Max Baer, sr. and Joe Louis, and I think Rocky Marciano. I don't know about his participation in Jiu Jitsu.

Charles Atlas also rubbed shoulders with Jack Dempsey.
