Your body builds itself up when you rest. So henceforth, be sure to get plenty of sleep, but don't forget to exercise.

Still working for a builder 3 days a week till when I retire at 65 in November 2017, I exercise on my days off. Intensity depends on what I did at work, Sunday is a good day for that since there's Saturday after Friday to recoup.
