Make the most of a workout when frustrated

When you get frustrated or angry it is time to take that out in an exercise. Don't let the anger get to you. Make the most of it in a workout. That will help you feel better and be productive at the same time.

No matter what the situation is, you ALWAYS feel better after a workout.
