Today is the day to start to exercise. Every day is a day to exercise. Don't use excuses not to. Just get up and start. You can do it.

Many times, starting is the most difficult thing to do.
So, I have a "trick".

Don't think about your whole training program, if you don't feel like exercising.
Just do the first exercise. Most of the time, you'll find that if you just begin, it's much easier to go on and complete your whole program.

And if you don't, no problem, at least you have done one exercise that is so much better than none :)
