My good old friend Jim Lavin age 69 who used to be a dedicated member of the Charles Atlas old forum -I just learned- he passed away last October 7th, 2011. He used to post a lot in the old Atlas forum. Many of you in 2008 may have remembered him.
His last email I 've received on October 3rd 2011:
