Hi all,
Got a question. Should I always warm up before performing my DT exercises?
I've been using my daily walk with arm swinging as a warm up.
I know there are many ways to warm up and I would like to hear from others about how they warm up or if they do wrm up
Warm Up?

Re: Warm Up?
Pegasus, as you, I usually warm up walking and lubricating my joints. If I done not have much time, I might jump rope or do a warm-up consisting of running in place (30sec) alternated with jumping jacks (15s) repeated 4 times. Sometimes, specially with the first exercises, I perform one set of small number of reps of the exercise I am about to perform or an easier variation of it. For example, if talking about atlas dips, I might perform 10 or maybe 15 standard push-ups as warm-up.
By the way, I once heard that "jumping jacks" were named after Jack Lalanne. I do not not if it is true, but it makes sense to me

Re: Warm Up?
I use rope skipping or jumping jacks as a warm up for 2 minutes and have a warm-up routine then a more intense workout which varies from day to day.
