New developments on the vintage program!
A while ago I started again the full DT course with the new schedule.
Unfortunately, due lack of time I found myself skipping morning or night
workouts, just because I didn't have the time to complete all the exercises
from the 3 lessons. So I am back to the vintage schedule now and my
program is back on schedule..
Conclusion: the vintage schedule is ideal if you have limited time!

Right on Geosta!!!!! Your experience is the same as mine. When I did the new rotation, given the large number of exercises to perform, when I got to the last lesson of the schedule it was diffciult for me to concentrate in the movement and really had to push myself to finish the workout. Since I used the old scheme, I have never done the new one again. I really enjoy my workouts and can really "put pep & vigor to each movement" as instructed.
Happy training tp you all!!!!
