14 Day Challenge
My Yoga studio which is closed for now has made a home practice challenge to the members for 14 days straight, doing at least 15 mins.
I challenge all here to 14 days of Charles Atlas methods for at least 15 mins. I usually spend an hour a day with exercise at home, a lot of calisthenic variety everyday.

I am working, again, after being unemployed for a couple of months. Am not as ambitious: Once a week of Charles Atlas, every week is my goal.
