May this be the start of a better and brighter future for this forum. I wish it the best. Hopefully this new fix will eliminate the spammers, and hopefully there'll be no more infighting. There wasn't much infighting with the old forum, but there was some, hopefully that will cease. Good luck to the new forum!

I'm glad the forum is back up. I look forward to seeing some good experiences of DT users. I will be using my name as opposed to "iso-maniac" - I'm a little bit older now. It's been 4 years since I stopped weightlifting and started using the course. I have had nothing but positive results ( and comments) from using Dynamic Tension.
