Everyone can get behind someone that is strong. If you help yourself and become strong you can help others in many different situations. Charles Atlas did it while helping tow a boat back to shore with his bare hands. Robert Ripley wrote about seeing his amazing strength.

Charles Atlas is great inspiration. I remember my neighbour in the apartment next door having a fall and couldn't get up but was able to phone me. I guess I impressed her when I lifted her up with ease.
