Heard that Charles Bronson did a lot of isometric exercises daily along with push-ups between milk crates, sit-ups,and rope climbing using hands only. Diet they said he practiced push always meaning not over eating and watching what he ate. It worked well for him he maintained a musclur build.

Saw the movie Bronson and it's still on a subscription TV.

Yes the movie was about the prisoner Bronson I was referring to the late actor Charles Bronson.

The film came to mind as I had recently seen it listed.

Michael Peterson, known from 1987 as Charles Bronson. The film follows the life of this prisoner, considered Britain's most violent criminal, who has been responsible for a dozen or so cases of hostage taking while incarcerated. He was given the name Charles Bronson by his fight promoter, for his bare-knuckle fighting years.

Henry , i remember the film being advertised but never saw it. He even wrote a book while in prison on exercise dont no anything about his book. Did you see the movie ? How was it if you did.

I think that I read somewhere that Charles Bronson (the actor) started working out after an uncle or something showed him some Dynamic Tension exercises.
