10 min walk to a 50+ gym during the week and do a variety of exercise such like . . .
10 sets of 5 pull-ups, one leg squats 8 sets of 5, I use the pulley just to keep weight forward and some balance, butt touches the floor. Also did Hindu push-ups, push-ups on a medicine ball, sit-ups on a balance dome, seated twist with broom handle. Also a variety of self resistant Dynamic Tension movements in front of the mirrors.
Music is not too loud and sounds from the 50's to 70's. It's very much a social thing as well, time to chat with other seniors male and female.
