As of Yesterday (Monday) I've made a go of restarting the course from Lesson 1.
Seeing as I've never actually gone through the whole thing before, this is going to be my effort to do the whole course and I guess the purpose of this thread will be to record my thoughts and progress on the situation and try to catalogue my improvements.
Maybe the occasional physique update pic.

Re: Restarting the course
Always good to do the whole course and use many exercises from memory that may not be in the last perpetual lesson.

Re: Restarting the course
It is always a good idea to go back through the entire course different times to change things up and help to stay fresh. Especially if you never went through the complete course before.

Re: Restarting the course
@middleaged any particular version ?
My old British version say's to do lessons 1, 2 &3 every workout, then add lesson 4 and do all till the next lesson arrives, then drop 4 and do 5 etc. I read that originally lessons were sent out every month.

Re: Restarting the course
Henry I heard that the old course was mailed out monthly that the lessons were longer going through the whole course. It’s always good at times to make changes body adapts to workout after awhile. It’s good to go through the entire course as laid out then onto perpetual lesson. After following perpetual lesson if gains seem to stop or slow follow course as first starting. Do lesson 1,2,3 for two weeks or a month. Then add 4 & 5 follow for another 2 weeks to a month then drop 4&5 and add 6,7 etc. then back to perpetual course after.
