I exercise everyday and my apartment building has an indoor pool so use that often. Still I strive to be better at what I do. At the senior centre fitness room I challenge folks to balance on the Bonsu ball one leg yoga style for time, I was told to get off after a 13 sec count haha! I like to share bodyweight movement with the gang. Today Joe gave the hanging leg raise a go and did one. The senior centre (50+) has a lot of activities going on for folks to get active in.

The senior centre fitness room just installed a Swedish Ladder, a metal frame with wood dowel rungs. I did some push-ups with me feet up the ladder and hands on floor, also a pike handstand. Also good for leg raises and one leg squatting, the squatting would be better with them handle straps but not around but they have some someplace (storage room).

Update:
the straps were found and pretty good for a lot of Dynamic Tension style movement, very much using your own body with the mind muscle connection.

Add-on:
My wife just joined the local lawn bowling club, winter they have an indoor green (carpet). She's really into a lot of walking and group hiking, I go Wednesday morning with her group nature hiking, around 2 hours. Mary Ann also does Yoga, swimming and stationary rower in the fitness room.
