I did a veg and fruit juice 5 day fast, with solid veg and fruit included. I still juice everyday and eat a lot of veg and fruit. It's a good way to get into a healthy way of eating. Most of our groceries are in the produce section, no processed food except I bought a big bag of cooked chicken "sweet" strips for use in my work lunch big salad. A TBS of Chia seed soaked in 4X that amount of water, 4 TBS of Greek honey sweetened yogurt, chopped fruit or berries, topped with walnuts is good at first break with a good sandwich.
