Hello,

I was looking around and can't find how tall or how much Atlas weighed. Could someone point me in the right direction?

Thanks,
Joe

On the same topic, does anyone know if he stayed relatively the same weight, waist size for most of his life?

Thanks again!

Atlas had incredible strength and endurance for a man of his weight and height, proving very convincingly that dynamic tension works.

Another interesting thing is he maintained those measurements (after he acquired them of course), or close to them, throughout life.

You can find his measurements and some of the feats of strength he could perform in the brochure "Secrets Muscular Power and Beauty", in the museum section of Charles Atlas ltd website.

Charles Atlas was an example till the very end of his life. For me that´s the biggest proof that DT works, whether you are a teenager wanting better looks or some old guy looking to improve his health.

Yes, his weight never wavered more than five pounds throughout his life. He was always in shape, for he realized that so many people were looking up to him for inspiration and guidance. He was the real deal.
