L4 E4 at odd times

I was at a BBQ social yesterday, they had sturdy garden arm chairs, getting up I had the fancy to do the Atlas exercise pressing up with the arms and raising the legs straight out as I was getting up out of the chair, someone sez "not everybody can do that" and my wife sez " 'e's showing off ", haha! I wasn't I was just doing a bit of DT on the moment. Who knows maybe stuff like that might inspire someone to do some exercise.
