The position in which Constantino has his body rigid while keeping his hands close to his abdomen is a real feat of strength. When I saw that photograph when he was pronounced winner I tried to do it myself. I failed miserably at it. And he was 40 yeras older than myself at that time! By the way, thanks to DT, I now can perform it

I've done the peacock yoga pose for many years, you basically rest on your elbows.
