I taped the A&E Biography when it aired, hope I still have that VHS tape.

I have the DVD as well and it always inspires me to be better at my fitness and health. Theres always something new to look at when you watch it. Its one of the purest forms of one of the greatest physical culturists ever.

I bought the A & E biography too and if it were a videotape I would have worn it out by now! Great films of Atlas playing, exercising, and running on the beach, TV show appearances, television commericals for DT, all kinds of great material that will inspire, encourage, and entertain.

I watch my DVD of Charles Atlas, Modern Hercules whenever I feel down or get discouraged with my late middle-age progress toward regaining what I once had through Dynamic Tension. Guys, if you don't have it yet, put off buying that new pair of jeans and BUY THE DVD! Buy it from Atlas Ltd. They're the ones keeping the Charles Atlas course available!
