Yaeger1, exercise has done a lot to me!!! Besides my appearance, I'm always full of energy and determination. Before I always had a very lazy attitude and I felt I draged along the whole day. Thanks to DT those days are over!!! As for the photographs, mine are on the CA website on the "Trophy Contest Winners" section. A picture tells more that a 1000 words they say!!!

So I called chalres atlas limited with my question.. they helped me now in 4 day my chest has grown 1 inch, AMAZING!! :mrgreen:

Luis, you are so right, a picture is worth one thousand words! You are in my opinion, the best of the recent Atlas Trophy winners.

I'm camera shy but I really happy with the way I have improved since starting the course. The only drawback for me is sticking with a diet. I have a passion for cakes and biscuits which I try to keep in check, I like a glass of wine or two as well. Moderation is the key, but I really get stuck into my DT.
