I'm back!

Hi guys,
Just to let you know I'm back on DT. I did a little experimenting with different forms of exercise. They didn't even come close to DT. Why did I ever leave?
Well the main thjing is I'm back and I am going to start the course again from the beginning and use the vintage rotation and combine it with my martial arts training.

I agree with the result of your experiments: Dynamic Tension is the best form of exercise for life long health, strength and beauty.
