Hello , thought i would share my progress with you:
Age 33
Started September 2007
Neck 16
Forearm 10
Arm Flexed 14 3/4
Chest normal 39.5
Chest Expanded 41
Waist 36
Hips 39
Thigh 22.5
Knee 14
Calf 15.5

All exercises are in lesson 1 but I added calf raises, squats, situps and crossing legs! I got these results by going everyday(mostly) to the gym where i have the space during lunchtime and working on lesson 1..... I am very impressed with results
I have just added new lessons, upper arms and abs so having days off from lesson 1 and alternating - The upper arm exercises is a killer!
