My wife and I popped into the office of the building company I worked for before retiring almost a couple of years ago, only Tracy was there so we could hang out and catch-up. Then unexpectedly my work mate and foreman dropped by to pick-up something from the back storage room. I was surprised how my foreman looked, he'd lost like 100lbs, he sez I was an influence, I'd always talk about health and fitness. He now goes to the Y everyday, his whole family has a membership.
