After a 4 month layoff from DT, its time for me to get back into the lifestyle. I have slipped since April and have gained back about 11 lbs. I know with DT and practicing it faithfully twice a day, every day I will get back my shape in no time. Its all about discipline and I need a lot of it. I will start tonight with lesson 1 and go from there. Wish me luck!

hello fellas, Ben here. After nearly 3 months on DT I am finishing up all the lessons. I have gained 2 inches on my chest, 2.5" on my thighs, 1 inch on my biceps and 1 inch on my calves and 2 inches off my waist. I am entering the perpetual lesson phase of the program and I will continue to do 300 chair dips a day. I want to thank Charles Atlas LTD, for offering such a great program, I highly recommend this to anyone that is interested in obtaining a great physique.
Charles Atlas is the best. :D and I can testify to this personally. To anyone that is interested in purchasing the course, please do so as it will change your life for the better, inside and out. It changed me. Ben

Bravo! while 2 inches on the chest in 3 months may not sound like a whole lot to some people, that's 8 inches in 1 year, and 16 inches in 2 years. Those years can go by in a flash. If one started out with a 30 inch chest, that's a 46 inch chest in 2 years. Nothing to sneeze at. And 1 inch on the biceps, that's 4 inches in a year. if one started out with 12 inch biceps, that'd be 16 inch biceps in a year.
