So how is that you feel when you work out?

How do you feel when you work out? Do you need motivation? If you need motivation you can ask a friend to exercise with you. If you don't, maybe you can help a friend that won't get off the couch to exercise. It is important for everyone of all ages to exercise. If you haven't done anything in awhile, start slow and build yourself up. You can do it!

Starting this Monday, we made a family workout group that we get together every evening via messenger and work out.

It's me, my spouse, my two sisters and their spouses, my nephew, my father, and my mother.

We are living in three different cities, and it is an opportunity to meet with each other and at the same time do something good for our health.

My parents are in their mid-late 70s, with no health problems, and I believe that our workout will do them much good for their health and functionality. But also, for the rest of us who are working at a desk all day long, it's a nice opportunity to incorporate some movement into our day.

I exercise every day, at 72 am pretty fit and disciplined. I have an old friend I've know for 50 odd years and try to get him to do exercise other than walkabout, but he tells me he just can't get motivated. Before I retired my jobs were physical labour so I still get up at 5am and started to plan me day.
