I don't know if this question has ever been asked or answered here on this forum. I was just wondering if someone here could estimate what Charles Atlas's bodyfat percentage was in his prime. Does anyone here have any idea?

We believe it was around 11%, but at that time they weren't really focused on Body Fat just getting fit. So long answer is not 100% sure.
