Self Talk

Today is the best day of your life. No matter what you are struggling with if you say that to yourself, whether out loud or not, you are at least putting it out there that you can have the best day ever. We have to talk to ourselves in a better frame of mind. Stop looking in the mirror and saying negative comments to yourself. It will not help you to feel good. In fact, it will do the opposite. Think one good thought of yourself each day and then go and exercise. Have a wonderful day.

A friend posted a photo of an outdoor workout station, basically for pull-ups also some vertical bars great for one leg squatting, an abdominal board but that was a bit wet.
At the workout station did 4 sets of 5 pull-ups, a couple of hanging legs to bar and with the vertical bars some pistols, next time I'll bring some gloves that have rubber coated palm. Cold morning.
It was a bit of a walk along a river bike/walk path, around 9k total, 2 hours total time with workout.
