Missing Motivation

Your body is meant for movement, not for being sedentary. If you stay sedentary your body will sag. If you exercise your body will not sag. It will stay strong and firm. It is your choice for what you want to be like later in life. As we get older we see it in the mirror. You can change this anytime you choose to. Exercise.
