Circuit training

I wanna know if is good to do "circuit training" with DT.

I don't have too much experience about it, but I'll tell you my experience. Usually I hit the pool three times a week, and I'm doing this since Feb/07, then I decided to start the Atlas Course and I did it in the gym that we have at the pool, so before swimming I do circuit for about 30-45 minutes. When I was in the middle of the course, a friend of mine at the swimming pool told me that I looked ripped, and he ask me why. The only reason that I found out is that I started the Atlas Course as a circuit training like a warm up before going to the pool. Really I didn't have those results in 2 years of consistent work out, swimming, walking, running, lifting weights, biking, etc. I hope my reply will help you out, and good luck.
