Dear friend--You probably experienced some soreness when you performed some DT exercises that were new to yu. You may experience the soreness for 3 to 4 days before it will wear off.

retro Atlas Course
I originally took the Charles Atlas course when I was 13 or 14. I lost the course over the years and I just ordered the DT course again in November. It brings back to my memory all of the DT exercizes. I made pretty good gains when I was 13 or 14 and hoping to make more gains this time around.
