Are you angry? Take a step back, see where your anger is coming from. Notice your breathing. Now let it go if you can. Not an easy task, but if you can let it go it will help your health. After taking the step back you might find the anger is not worth the result, hurting yourself. We are talking about increase in your heart beat and constricting your airways. Not all anger is worth it. Assess the situation before proceeding.
