The longevity of the Atlas Course is unprecedented in the fitness business. Why has it endured all these years? Simply because it is the best all around program for the most people. It advocated little workouts throughout the day long before the modern trend of this practice, morning and evening workouts training not straining, again far ahead of its time. And the one all time single fitness lesson ever-The Perpetual Lesson says it all!

I know this post is 2 years late but longevity means something and I agree with "bridge". Would love to help the company and course reach the modern masses. This course has the perpetual lesson but this is the perpetual (or ageless) course.
Do Not Regret Growing Older. It is a Privilege Denied to Many.

This course has lasted as long as it has because it's for real, among many other reasons, and it works as it is - no need to add to it.
