Re: Milk Diet
I think when the milk diet was in the course, many young lads were very skinny and drinking a lot of milk was a way add weight quickly.
Last year my weight was 138 lbs, I was working part time and at Christmas was laid-off for 3 months. A month before getting called back I thought I would bulk-up a bit to gain strength. I drank chocolate milk and soon when from 138 lbs to 155, but noticed that it was belly fat. I dropped to 150 and it stayed there stubbornly. I had to work harder and have gotten down to 145 lbs and still would like to get back to 138 which will give me the very lean mid-section. At 145 lbs my abs are clearly seen, 138 would make them stand out even more.
I only have milk with my breakfast cereal and very little in my tea or coffee.
