Hot choc / cocoa
Back when I was a kid in the 1960's we didn't buy hot chocolate powder, just plain cocoa and add sugar and milk. I have been buying chocolate oat m*lk and add a teaspoon of plain cocoa to it, mix the cocoa with a little hot water then add the chocolate oat m*lk and microwave to hot. I discovered a brand of chocolate soy m*lk that reads dark chocolate, it's so good I don't need to add any cocoa.

Re: Hot choc / cocoa
I noticed in the supermarket today they had unsweetened almond and cashew m*lk with 8g of protein a cup. Also dark chocolate oat m*lk, unsweetened and unflavoured oat m*lk is really good tasting.
Bought the almond and cashew unsweetened, reading the label found that the higher protein was from added pea protein.
I tend to favour going at least semi-vegetarian.
