Re: Senior work out
Well I know it’s not a tape measured result but I’ve been back to DT since mid February. Having to deal with health issues mentioned in another post I was wondering how long before a noticeable result on my chest. A person who has not seen me since then committed this past Friday “ not a bad chest for a 72 year old man “.

Re: Senior work out
A person I was listening too recommending never to go to failure if you train daily, you want to be able to train again the next day. I do varieous types of exercises but not repeating the same thing more than once a day. Like my tai chi, yoga, a walk, a swim and dynamic tension, I get a lot done through variety of movement.ttiros1 wrote: Wed Feb 24, 2021 8:15 pm As of two weeks ago I restarted DT. I was doing lessons 1-11 in the morning and the perpetual’s in the evening. It’s not working because at 72 it’s too much.
